Our refund policy lasts until 30 days before the conference. Once there is less than one month before the conference, your purchase becomes non-refundable. However, your purchase is transferable. This means that we allow you to give your purchase to family or friends who can go in your place.

Please know that we are not trying to make any money off of you. The hotel will not refund us once we are under 30 days before the conference. We are here to serve you the best we can.
