Overview

Cancellations are eligible for a full refund up to 30 days before the conference. Once we are within 30 days of the event, registrations become non-refundable. However, your registration is fully transferable—you are welcome to give your spot to a friend or family member who can attend in your place.

Please understand that this policy is in place because the hotel does not provide refunds to us after the 30-day deadline. We truly appreciate your understanding and want you to know that our goal is not to profit, but to serve you and make this retreat a meaningful experience for every couple who attends.
