Meet This Year's Keynote Speakers
Dr. Scott & Mrs. Stacia Hanks
We are delighted to introduce to you our keynote speakers for Marriage Matters Conference 2026, Dr. Scott and Mrs. Stacia Hanks. The Hanks have shared more than thirty-five years of marriage and ministry together, faithfully serving the Lord and one another. God has blessed their home with eight children and three grandchildren, and their family stands as a testimony to God’s grace and the strength of a Christ-centered home.
Since 1994, Dr. Hanks has served as the senior pastor of Heritage Baptist Church in Lawrence, Kansas, where the Lord has brought remarkable growth both locally and through global outreach. His passion for equipping believers extends beyond the pulpit through Mercy & Truth Ministries, a publishing work dedicated to providing biblically sound, Baptistic resources for churches and families around the world. Through this ministry, Pastor Hanks has authored more than forty books and Bible curriculums that encourage spiritual growth and doctrinal strength.
Both Dr. and Mrs. Hanks are thankful for their rich spiritual heritage, having each grown up in ministry homes where their fathers each pastored faithfully for over thirty years. Together, they exemplify faithfulness, humility, and a shared desire to help couples build marriages that honor Christ and endure through every season of life.
